Preparing for a tournament involves a lot of warming up and hydration to prevent injuries.

Not a bout, but the entire keiko after my first competition. The club was no longer treating me like a beginner. Felt like a graduation.

Currently focusing on building the fundamentals of yorikiri.

Traveled to 10+ countries, including Japan.
